Great, this one is really superior! Not too much glass nor apple 
just a little bit retro, as much as I like it although I prefer more flat-style decorations. Are there any color possibilities? For example some color variations of the titlebar/menu block (warm yellow, coral red, lush green...) and some lighter versions of the gtk widgets? That grey comes allright with these decorations, for me it is just a little bit gloomy...
